Question 1

How much does junk removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices start at $150 for a 1/4 load, $325 for a 1/2 load, $450 for a 3/4 load (our most popular), and $600 for a full load — additional labor is $125/hr. We charge by volume, meaning how much space your junk takes up in our trailer. You always get an upfront price before we lift a single item — no hidden fees, ever.

Question 2

Do you charge for estimates or quotes?

Accepted Answer

No — quotes are 100% free with zero obligation. Call or text us at (281) 301-5553 or fill out our online form and we'll get back to you fast, usually within the hour.

Question 3

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees — the price we quote is the price you pay, period. No fuel surcharges, no disposal fees, no surprise charges at the end. What we say is what you pay.

Question 4

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

We occasionally run seasonal promotions — call us at (281) 301-5553 to ask what's currently available. The fastest way to find out is to request a quote directly.

Question 8

How long does a junk removal job take?

Accepted Answer

Most jobs take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the volume and type of junk. Large estate cleanouts or hoarding situations may take a full day — we'll give you a time estimate when we quote the job.

Question 9

What items do you remove?

Accepted Answer

We remove almost everything — furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, exercise equipment, sheds, trampolines, and general household junk. If you're not sure about a specific item, just call and ask.

Question 10

Do you remove appliances like refrigerators and washers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we remove all major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more. We handle all the heavy lifting so you don't have to.

Question 11

What items do you NOT take?

Accepted Answer

We cannot take hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and propane tanks are the main ones. If you're unsure about a specific item, call us at (281) 301-5553 and we'll tell you right away.

Question 12

Do you do full estate and garage cleanouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — estate and garage cleanouts are one of our most requested services. We work with homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers to clear out entire properties quickly and professionally.

Question 13

How much does it cost to remove a couch in Houston?

Accepted Answer

Couch removal starts at $150 for a 1/4 load, which covers a single sofa or loveseat. If you have more items to go with it, we'll price the whole load by volume — call us at (281) 301-5553 for a fast quote.

Question 14

Can you pick up junk the same day I call?

Accepted Answer

Yes — call us at (281) 301-5553 early in the day and we'll do our best to get there same day based on availability. We serve the entire Houston metro area.

Question 15

Do you take old hot tubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hot tub removal is one of our specialties. We handle the full breakdown and haul-away so you don't have to touch it.

Question 16

What's the difference between junk removal and renting a dumpster?

Accepted Answer

With junk removal, we do all the loading and hauling for you — you don't lift a finger. A dumpster rental drops a container at your property and you fill it yourself, then pay again for pickup. For most Houston homeowners, junk removal is faster, easier, and often cheaper once you factor in the dumpster rental period and your own labor.

Question 17

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily — as long as we can access the items and you've approved the quote, we can handle the job without you there. Just let us know the details when you book.

Question 18

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 2 Mexicans Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured in the Houston metro area. Your property is protected on every single job.

Question 20
